Name who hosts, who escorts, and who checks
A local team runs the lab. Wenlead groups and escorts. The school checks the work.

The Chinese news splits a Shenzhen trip into three roles. A local team receives the group. Wenlead forms the group and escorts it. The school accepts the work. Mixing those roles is how an unsigned venue gets called an exclusive partner.
Before the trip, the school has a written list: who attends, which ages, what the lab day needs, and who speaks for the school. This page does not turn that list into a public form.
Nothing here is a visa service. The original card stays on the Chinese news center.
Checklist you can forward
- Is the local host named in writing
- Is the escort a Wenlead duty, not a slogan
- Does the school know what it must prepare
- Is travel left with the partner
